There are many different positions that are held in the design industry....  For shoe lovers, there's one called a Shoe Designer and you know there will always be a need for one because our world,  especially women are always in need of shoes or should I say more as an obsession. A Shoe Designer are one of the many designers that still draws their designs by hand. I like the style of these hand drawings by Jane Lewin who is actually an artist but her style of drawing can easily translate into a spec.
