TREASURE CHEST - final submissions 6/21/2011
Tales of exciting and dangerous adventures to find long lost treasures hidden away for centuries litter our childhoods, forming powerful imagery in our minds of objects normally beyond the reach of common people. The value of these treasures often goes beyond their material constitution, stemming back to the history of their origin and the romantic mystery this brings with it.
For this project we want you to take inspiration from such tales to come up with Scarf designs that not only depict these treasures but that also reflect the sense of adventure of the quests to find them.
6 designs will be chosen for use on our range of Silk Scarves. Winners will receive £50 upfront prize money as well as 10% of the sales revenue generated from their design.
